In our characteristic villa, there are a number of meetings rooms suitable for both informal conversations and official meetings. They all are cosy meeting rooms with the necessary facilities, varying in size and prospect and with varying degrees of privacy. Which room fits your meeting? Next to our many different meeting rooms we have a variety of spacious outdoor garden settings where we can accommodate you for leisure or even an outdoor meeting.
In the villa, you'll find the warmly furnished lounge with a fireplace and a view across the garden. Here you can arrange meetings in the homely atmosphere of a living room or enjoy a drink together after a meeting. For smaller gatherings, you could also enjoy a dinner here.

At Villa de Struyckenbergen you will be staying for ultimate privacy and comfort. This villa, located 3 kilometers from our estate, is located on the edge of the forest, in the middle of nature. At a spacious (conference) table for 12 - 14 people you look out over the heath. The living room is stylishly furnished with several tête-à-tête sitting areas. You can stay here on a tailor-made basis.
Are you organising a business meeting requiring privacy, seclusion and security? We would love to welcome you to the Manegehuis, a sunnily situated private villa Het Manegehuis with a view of the surrounding woodland and a private meeting room. Suitable for gatherings of up to 10 people.
We also have a second Villa: Villa de Struyckenbergen, located only at 3km from our main estate on the edge of forest and heathland. This villa has ultimate privacy and fantastic views over very varied nature. From the villa you can walk in 20 minutes to our main estate or we have our private shuttle with Mercedes EQV Van.

During your programme, we invite you to an informal hors d’oeuvres dinner in one of our lounges with an open fireplace or for a gastronomic seven-course dinner in our restaurant. Or would you rather dine in private in one of our dining rooms? Give us a call to find out about the options.
Our monumental garden with its classical rose garden, and the undulating woods as the backdrop, together form a very special décor for a great meeting. The English landscape gardens are perfect for a stylish event with a few hundred guests. Does the event have a private character? Then exclusive use of the estate is possible. For private multi-day stays, you can stay in the Koetshuis with a meeting room, eleven comfortable hotel rooms and a private outdoor patio.
The Van Limburg Stirum-room in the Koetshuis, with its private kitchen and lounge area, guarantees peace, quietness and privacy. The conference table is suitable for meetings of up to 18 people.
During your meeting you'll enjoy a fine lunch in the restaurant. Or do you prefer a buffet lunch in the woods? At sunny days we serve lunch at the terrace or in the (rose) garden.
At the end of your meeting you enjoy a drink in the lounge, in the garden or the terrace near the pool. In the Big Green Egg, our chef Dennis van den Beld will prepare a great barbecue for you.
Recently we have renovated the 'Prentenzaal'. A large, yet intimate meetingroom with lots of privacy. It's located in the main villa, with direct acces to our gardens. The room is suitable in a U-shape setting of 30 guests, or up to 50 in a theater setting. From outside you are on the ground floor whilst from the inside you are in the souterrain; hence you have lots of privacy with no other guests on this floor.
